EverUp Referral Terms
PLEASE READ THESE REFERRAL TERMS CAREFULLY.
This “Agreement” (these referral terms together with the documents referred to in it) sets out the terms which govern our referral program (“Referral Program”). Please read this Agreement carefully before you use our Referral Program. By using our Referral Program, you confirm that you accept this Agreement and that you agree to comply with it. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not use our Referral Program.
1. Referrals
1.1. Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement and subject to opening an account with EverUp, EverUp shall deploy the referral prizes to your personal EverUp account ( “Referral Fee” ) if you meet the Referral Program requirements (as in force at that time) for your program.
1.2. You may use the Referral Program by sharing a unique link through the channels listed on the sharing page.
1.3. Provided you meet the requirements (as in force at that time) more than once, you are entitled to a Referral Fee each time you meet such requirements.
1.4. You must be a registered on the EverUp waiting list to use the Referral Program.
1.5. You and the participants you invite must satisfy the requirements for opening an EverUp account in order to be able to use the Referral Program. Detailed requirements can be found here.
1.5. Each qualified person you invite must verify their email and register on the EverUp waiting list, and would then need to register for an EverUp account within 12 months of joining the waiting list.
1.6. Each qualified person that you refer to the EverUp waiting list moves you up in the waitlist ranking. The participant with most invites will be 1st on the list (ranking #1). Your waitlist ranking at any point in time is not final and can change depending the activity of other participants. If one participant doesn’t invite other people they are likely to see that their current ranking will get worse. You can check your current position at any moment in time here.
2. Referral Fee
2.1. For every qualified person you refer to EverUp you’ll both get the following prize:
* 1,000,000 virtual coins OR its equivalent in tickets:
- 40 Tickets for the Premium Year Draw (jackpot £365,000; runs every Tuesday)
2.2. The additional prizes you can unlock are as follows:

| 5 | 2,000,000 Coins OR 80 Tickets |
| 10 | 5,000,000 Coins OR 200 Tickets |
e.g. If you refer 8 people to EverUp using your unique link and if they all register for early access and then open up EverUp accounts you’ll get 8,000,000 coins for all referred people. On top of it you will unlock 2 additional prizes:
- 1,000,000 coins (for referring 3 people)
- 2,000,000 coins (for referring 5 people)
You will receive 11,000,000 in total if you refer 8 people to EverUp and they all open EverUp accounts.
2.3. The outstanding Referral Fee would be deployed to your personal EverUp account within 3 months from the time your invited participants will open their EverUp accounts.
2.4. The maximum Referral Fee payable to a single participant is capped at 58,000,000 coins.
3. Prohibited Uses
3.1. You may only use our Referral Program in good faith for lawful purposes. You may not:
(a) create more than one account in order to invite yourself;
(b) invite others that have created duplicate accounts;
(c) use alternative contact information to refer yourself or others that have created duplicate accounts;
(d) invite an existing customer of EverUp;
(e) invite fictitious persons;
(f) do anything that damages EverUp’s brand, goodwill or reputation;
(g) use the Referral Program in: (i) any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation; or (ii) any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; (iii) in any way that contravenes any other agreements we have with you, including our Customer Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy;
(h) to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam); or
(i) to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising either via paid search or any other similar activity, including channels that can damage the EverUp’s brand, goodwill or reputation.
3.2. Any obligation on you not to do something includes an obligation not to allow that thing to be done.
4. Identification Documents
4.1. EverUp may require identification documents from you prior to deploying your prizes to your EverUp account.
4.2. EverUp shall not be in breach of this Agreement (nor have any obligation to pay you a Referral Fee) if you do not (in EverUp’s sole and absolute discretion) provide the identification documents requested by EverUp.
5. Data Protection
5.1. You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the express consent from the individuals whose data you provide us with.
5.2. We use Viral Loops for managing our referral campaign. By joining this campaign you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to Viral Loops for processing in accordance with their Terms and Privacy Policy.
6. Abuse of Referral Terms
6.1. EverUp has the right to refuse to deploy the prizes to your account if (in its sole and absolute discretion) EverUp suspects that you have not used the Referral Program in good faith or have breached this Agreement.
6.2. We will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Agreement. When a breach of this Agreement has occurred, EverUp may take such action as we deem appropriate, including (but not limited to) termination of this Agreement, closing your account(s), closing third party account(s) and suspending the Referral Program.
7. Limitation of Liability
EverUp accepts no liability for any use of the Referral Program which does not comply with this Agreement.
8. Changes to this agreement
We may revise this Agreement at any time by amending this page. Continued use of the Referral Program shall amount to acceptance of the Agreement in force at that time.
9. Changes to the referral program
EverUp reserves the right to:
(a) amend, alter or change the Referral Program at any time, without notice; and
(b) terminate the Referral Program at any time, without notice. In the event the Referral Program is terminated, EverUp will not be obliged to credit any accounts that would have otherwise qualified for Referral Fee.
10. Applicable Law
10.1. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
10 .2. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
